A go-to neighborhood brewery in the Mid City, Second Line Brewery features a warehouse-style taproom with plenty of indoor seating and an expansive beer garden. 6. Miel Brewery and Taproom
Miel Brewery and Taproom is also one of the must-check-out places while you’re in New Orleans. It is a half-industrial warehouse and one-half open-beer garden, which is something you shouldn’t miss! Not a beer drinker? Worry no more, as they offer out-of-this-world coffees and other non-alcoholic beverages. 7. Faubourg Brewing Co.
Faubourg Brewing is undoubtedly the ideal place to visit if you’re looking for a brewery with a historical background. It has been operating for 114 years and was once known as the Dixie Brewing Company. This brewery features a sizable beer museum that displays the company’s history. It has a large, beautiful lawn with wooden tables and chairs where visitors are welcome to bring their blankets on a chilly night. Aside from live music, delectable locally produced cuisine, and refreshing, well-crafted beers, they also offer many enjoyable, family-friendly games that are suitable for any occasion. 8. Courtyard Brewery
Courtyard Brewery is one of the city’s favorite hangout places. Although this brewery features a small and classic taproom with limited seating, a spacious outdoor patio (courtyard) offers plenty of chairs, tables, and string lights that provide a relaxing atmosphere for family and friends. This brewery also features a delectable selection of 21 handcrafted and on-site brews focusing on creating IPAS and Saison.
